Payment and Gratuity
We accept all credit cards. Gratuities are cash only. The industry average is 15%—20% of the service price and is always a matter of choice. We require a credit card to hold all appointments exclusively for you.
Our incredible cut and color services may vary according to individual stylists, coloring techniques or length of hair. Get an exact quote for your specific needs by calling 212-219-2424 during normal business hours or via email at email@example.com. We also offer complimentary consultations.
A $35 fee applies to appointments cancelled with less than a 24 hours notice, per service booked with the exception of Keratin Treatments, for which a $100 fee applies. No show appointments are $100 per service.
Exchanges and Returns
If for some reason you are unhappy with any products purchased at our salon, they may be exchanged for another product within 7 days of the original purchase date.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with our incredible cut or color services, please let us know within 24 hours and we can schedule a correction within a week maximum from your original appointment date.
For the safety and comfort of all clients, we perform hair services on clients over the age of 12. Any children in the salon under the age of 10 must be accompanied at all times by a guardian who is not receiving hair services that day.
Cell Phone Usage
We ask that clients refrain from using cell phones in the salon. Complimentary charging stations are available if you need to power up.
